Hi, I’m Jo Gibson, founder of Menopause Days and I help women through the menopause transition. Together we can turn what can be a totally isolating time for many women into a time that is supportive and caring.

No one should lose years to menopause like I have. Unfortunately, many women do and I don’t want that to continue.

Through coaching or digital downloads and even a t-shirt that makes you smile. I want to offer help, answers and most of all support so you can live the life you want and deserve.

Coaching

Through one-to-one coaching sessions, I can help you understand the menopause transition and what stage of menopause you’re at. There is a lot of information out there. It can be very confusing and overwhelming when trying to understand this on your own

Supporting You

The coaching sessions are all about helping you. Supporting you so that you can overcome any negative feelings and loss of confidence due to menopause.

Understanding Menopause

Once you have an understanding of menopause we can then look at current lifestyle choices. See what you can change to create new well-being goals to better help you through this transition time.
